Abstract
In recent years, CAD/CAM technology has been developed remarkably in dental prosthodontics. Various software, materials and tools have become available for clinical use in dental CAD/CAM field by their rapid advancement. As interesting about high esthetic and biocompatibility materials pick up, tooth colored restoration replace metal restoration has been developed in various ways. It has been invented the block based composite resin in addition to current ceramic block. Composite resin block used various fields and broaden the range of its use in current CAD/CAM dental prosthesis. CAD/CAM materials based hybrid polymer have esthetic features, entirely uniform structure. Superior properties for the
CAD/CAM resin block can be used it long-term temporization. It is indicated for changes of vertical dimension, reconstructions of anterior guidance, changes of esthetic point and phonetics and for waiting healing of adjacent soft tissues, uncentain prognosis of abutment tooth. In the case of anterior esthetic reconstruction, hybrid polymer block can be used core materials and veneered esthetic indirect composite materilals. This case report describes a application of smile analysis software to fabricated long-term provisional restoration during healing process of the adjacent periodontal tissues and final porcelain-layered zirconia restoration in 4-unit upper anterior bridge.
